Thank you for your purchase. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise.

Exceptions
We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or defective upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. You will be required to provide proof of damage, such as photos, to initiate the return process.

Return Process for Damaged Items

2. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and any supporting documentation, such as photos.
3. Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide you with further instructions on how to return the item or receive a replacement.

Conditions for Return

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The return must be authorized by our customer service team before sending the item back.

Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the damaged item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, we will process a refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference.

Shipping Costs
If your return is approved due to a damaged or defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other inquiries, return shipping costs are non-refundable.
